            Returns
            Eligibility:
            
              - Software as a Service (SaaS) products are eligible for a refund within 7 days from the date of
                purchase.
- Customized software products are non-refundable.
- Physical products like QR code stands are non-refundable unless we made a mistake or sent the wrong
                product. In such cases, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as
                received and returned within 7 days of delivery.

- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is
                defective or we made an error. Please use a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
            
              - Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved,
                your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
            We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
